I like the idea of this game. It merges my favorite merge and match games into one experience, which is fun! I also appreciate the fact that I am not forced to watch ads every ten seconds. However, the app is very glitchy. It freezes a lot, and restarting it doesn't often help. Because of the low ads, I have considered making purchases of gems when there is a sale. However, every sale comes with a frozen purchase screen that magically goes away as soon as the sale ends.

Started out great, but now it loads really slowly. There are intrusive pop-ups for the "new events" with tutorials you can't opt out of for every feature and there's a line of icons for all the events/special packages to buy. There is no setting to hide the icons or opt out of the side events. Tried to complete the survey today. I got to the third question, then the survey closed out and the event pop ups took over the screen. Game would not let me go back into the survey to finish.

I was addicted to this game for weeks. Loved playing but now it is constantly glitching and lagging. It resets itself over and over. It's frustrating to spend time merging big money items and completing puzzles for it to cut off in the middle and reset back to before you started. I lost way too many rewards. I can't even watch ads for rewards anymore because it just cuts you off and then you lose out on your progress and the rewards you actually got through the game play.
