I had a huge Corporate opportunity offered to me. I was scheduled to talk to the board of judges via Fuze. This app never let me in. I "fuzed" me into a vicious loop of its sign-in menu. My career. My hardwork. My sacrifice.....taken away. To the board I appeared unprepared and inept. I sent screen shots of what was going on. I get 1 more chance. 1. 1 more chance in all I get. If this app does not work AGAIN, I lose everything. EVERYTHING. Their website didn't work. The app didn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. 2 separate browsers didn't work. Rebooting my device didn't work. Closing all apps didn't work. Nothing worked. What am I to do now? I have to trust this app with my future, literally. Fuze makes it hard to contact them unless you blindly "email" them through their website, which is really geared towards capturing new customers. This is HORRIBLE. Sad.
The app has massive user interface issues. 1) It does not work properly with any smartwatches. If you have a smartwatch, chances are your phone is on mute. You will not get fuze call notifications on the watch. But hold on -- a notification will pop up every time you open the app. The best I can tell is that the notifications are random. Random notifications? Well, that's poor design. 2) Additionally, while on the phonecall, depending on how you hold your phone, the app will go into landscape mode. When you want to hang up, just as you want to hit the hang-up button, chances are it will reorient itself. Landscape mode during phonecalls? Well, that's poor design. 3) It does not conform to Android user interface guidance. For instance, it has a top-left back button. I understand the need for that on an iPhone, but Android has it's own back-button. Crapton of stuff like that. Using iOS user interface design on an android? Well, that's poor design.
The notifications do not work. Can't tell if I got a call or a message. The is no sound to alert me of an incoming call
Changed shift to attend a webinar and stuck in a loop of trying to attend meeting: inputting ID, inputting name then having to log in but not being able to. Waste of time and a bad idea for companies to use
Every time I receive a call through the app my ringer volume gets turned up to max volume and stays there until I turn it down.
The functionality of the app seems fine so far, but it burns through battery even when not in use. And has even been automatically shut off by my galaxy s8 because of cpu usage.
