It has not been updated for some time. I have a feeling they are no longer allowing non Futureway trackers to use the app. My one tracker is exactly the same but doesn’t have the Futureway logo on it. It did work with the app for 2 years until March then is just showing as not able to log on to the app. My genuine Futureway tracker is fine and allows me to log on. I did originally have to get Futureway to out the second tracker on as I couldn’t put more than one on it. A great tracker, a great app. But really does need updating and allowing similar trackers to use it too. The set up is very complicated as you have to send 5 messages re: the sim apn to the tracker for it to work.

Worked sometimes, but i don't know if it's the app or the tracker that's responsible. The app is clunky, not user friendly, and has a number of grammatical errors (ex. "Do you exit?"). I returned the tracker and I don't recommend it.

I was happy with this product until the christmas android update. Since then the app hasn't worked as it says it is for an older version. It now only crashes upon opening. I unistalled an reinstalled but its still the same. It needs a new version releasing so i can use the app and tracker again.
