About this app

FyberPay is the app for customers of internet providers who bill through
FyberPay. Pay what you owe, see where your account stands, and sort out your connection without calling anyone.

Your provider sets up your account and gives you your sign-in details. You
cannot create an account here.

PAY YOUR BILL
See your current balance and what it is for. Pay by M-Pesa from your phone:
the prompt arrives on your handset and you approve it with your own PIN.
Every invoice and payment is listed, so you can check what you paid and when.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
See your plan, what it costs, and when it renews. Past invoices and payments stay available, so there is no guessing about whether something went through.

MANAGE YOUR CONNECTION
Change your Wi-Fi name and password. See which devices are connected. Restart your router when something is stuck, and see whether the change has reached the device or is still waiting for it to come back online.

GET HELP
Message your provider from inside the app and keep the conversation in one
place, instead of repeating yourself on every call.

FOR PROVIDER STAFF
If you work for an internet provider that uses FyberPay, the same app is your
counter. Look a customer up by name or phone, see what they owe, and take
payment while they are standing in front of you. Assign or change their plan,
raise an invoice, record a cash payment, or send them a message. Suspend,
extend or restore a line. See who pays the bill when one person covers several
accounts.

You sign in with the details your provider gave you, and what you can see and
do depends on your role.

SIGNING IN
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email, or with a password
if your provider gave you one.

FyberPay is used by independent internet providers in Kenya. If your provider
does not use FyberPay, this app will not have your account.

What’s new
