Gafferly is job management for UK trade businesses. Run your diary, jobs, quotes, invoices and customer records from your phone, on site or in the van.

WHAT IT DOES
- Diary and scheduling: see the week at a glance, assign work to engineers, and move jobs as the day changes.
- Jobs: job sheets, notes, parts, photos and status, from booked through to completed.
- Quotes and invoices: build a quote, turn it into a job, invoice when the work is done, and keep track of what is owed.
- Customers and sites: full history against every customer, site and piece of equipment.
- Forms and certificates: gas safety records, electrical certificates and your own custom forms, signed on site.
- Live map: see where the vans are during the working day.

BUILT FOR THE PHONE
- Take before and after photos with the camera, straight onto the job.
- Get a push notification when a quote is accepted, an invoice is paid, or a job needs attention.
- Engineers' location appears on the office map while they are working, so the nearest person gets the call-out and customers can be told when to expect you.
