SiteTrack was built specifically to solve this for Cowitch Ltd — bringing site management, worker onboarding, identity verification, and attendance tracking into one simple, reliable Android app.

Site Management Made Simple
Every construction site under Cowitch Ltd can be created and managed directly from the app. Each site has its own workforce roster and attendance history, giving managers a clean, organized view of their operation no matter how many locations are running at once.

Worker Onboarding and Profiles
Before a worker arrives on site, they are properly registered in the system. Managers capture worker details directly in the app, building a verified workforce registry that is always current. Every worker has a digital profile that follows them across sites, making transfers and deployments easy to track.

Verified Check-Ins, Every Time
When a worker arrives, check-in is fast and verified. The primary method uses scanning to confirm identity in seconds, with a secure OTP fallback for situations where scanning is not possible. Every check-in is timestamped, tied to the correct site, and linked to the worker's profile. Duplicate check-ins are blocked automatically — no worker can appear active in two places at once.

Real-Time Workforce Visibility
At any moment, managers can see exactly who has checked in, who has checked out, and who hasn't arrived yet — across every site in the country.
