Byte Grid is a picture hidden behind numbers. Read the clues, fill the right cells, and it appears.

The numbers along each row and column tell you how many cells are filled and in what runs. A clue of 5 on a five-wide row fills the whole row. A 0 means that line is empty. Two numbers like "2 1" mean a block of two, a gap, then a block of one. Cross-reference the rows against the columns and every cell is decidable.

ONE SOLUTION, NO GUESSING
Every board has exactly one answer, and you can always reach it by pure logic — you never have to guess and hope. Boards that would need a coin-flip are thrown out before you ever see them. So being stuck only ever means there is a deduction you have not spotted yet, not that the puzzle is unfair.

YOU CANNOT LOSE
No timer. No lives. If you fill a cell that should be empty it just bounces back and marks itself — it costs you nothing but the hint that the cell is empty. Solve at your own pace, put it down and pick it up later. A clean solve with no wrong taps earns three stars, but nothing is ever taken away.

HOW TO PLAY
- Tap a cell in Fill mode to fill it
- Switch to Mark to leave an X on a cell you have worked out is empty
- Read a row's clue, then check the columns that cross it
- Fill every cell the numbers force, and the picture is done
