I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I felt I needed to with Gamefly. I can't think of anything negative to say about them. The membership prices are fair, and their purchase prices for games are the cheapest I've ever seen aside from auction apps. The shipping is 3 days max, but usually 2 in my experience, and they send your next game once the game you sent back is scanned by the post office. They even have a quick return once you've been a member for a while.

My husband paid for a subscription and after not receiving several games in a row, we found out they cannot deliver to our PO Box. We changed the address and still received nothing. After several months of paying for a this and getting nothing, we cancelled the subscription. I decided to try again by making a new account yeaterday. Today, I get an email that they cancelled my account because the household only gets 1 free trial. We never got what we were paying for for months. Terrible service.

Great idea for a service! Loved the free trial. Didn't mind the retention deal. But IMO, definitely not worth the full price because the demand for good/new games is always high and shipping times take too long. It can take 7 days for something to get to you and then another 7 if it's lost in the mail. It takes me longer to get a game than to platinum it. I don't mind waiting, I mind paying for it. Public library gives me the same experience but I don't have to pay for that.
