重新下载玩，提一下意见。 一 以前是广告少，想领取免费红宝石挺难的，现在广告太频繁了，也为你们高兴有广告说明收益好了，但希望不要影响到游戏体验，(刚进入点梅林收取道具就有广告跳出，从角色书出来也跳广告.)这样会劝退一批人的。 二 很久没玩很多角色没获得，角色书一片红色感叹号，这让我分不清哪些是已有要升级的，希望能稍微区分出来。 三 老问题角色的道具获得的概率太低了，就差个海盗船长的帽子，我的长发公主刷了4天了，愣是出不来，实在不行，你放坩埚那我去买也是可以的。 四 希望能在摆放景点的时候下方显示一下建筑的大小，多少乘多少(如10*10)就行，缩小了看不出大小，有的时候就差一格，要一个个点出来查看挺烦的。 很可爱的游戏，希望她越来越好。

我在填写完了姓名、身份证号码、电话号码,我填的全部都是真的,然后它就出现信息错误,然后我又试多几次,它也是出现信息错误,我真的不明白我哪里填错了。

重新登陆了游戏，找不到游戏账号，明明提供了facebook，还有之前用同一个邮箱回复过进度，这次却不行了，一直在邮件来来回回的发，搜到了两个账号，最后却告诉我绑定的不是一个gamecenter，让我自己弄，我玩了这么久，换了个手机什么都没了，你们邮件帮助的也太慢了，不能提供个线上客服或者电话帮助吗？
