This was a decent time waster game. Now there's an ad after every single level. I agree with some of the other reviews, the coin levels are almost impossible to beat unless you use diamonds, you do not get enough coins while playing through the levels to be able to upgrade everything.

If I could give a 0 I would !! i purchased a gold pass for an Easter challenge 9.99 plaid for a bit and closed out the game. When I went back into the game all my progress in the challenge was reset and no record of my purchase. I contacted the game heard nothing for 2 days then was promised gems to make up for the loss which I never received

Changing my review from a 4 to a 3. Played 105 levels (thanks for a lot of levels) and my complaint is mainly on the money earning levels. It is impossible to pass a level without using a bunch of boosters (if you so happen to have them) or paying a bunch of money. The game should account for how much money is needed to play a level perfectly and still earn enough money to complete a level without having every upgrade upgraded. Not cool.

And don't forget to upgrade the hotel items whenever you have enough coins and gems to pass the level easily.
