Update* literally right after my review everything changed. Now I can't see anything at all unless it's motion which is only a few seconds. I no longer have 24 hour monitoring on my camera. This morning everything disappeared. This camera and app are trash and no longer are beneficial. Getting a new one today. It does not always show motion and movement. What's the point of having a camera if I can't see what I need to see. The sound isn't great either.

Horrible! It worked ok till we continued the free service. Now the recording doesn't record. It's constantly needing to be relinked to the system. It just shuts off sometimes. It works when it wants to. If I could give a lower than 1 star I would. We bought 4. Complete waste of money.

Change the power supply! 2 of our cameras wouldn't load a live feed, after a while decided to troubleshoot. Ended up changing the power supply that the USB is plugged into and no issues anymore (yet). Try doing this before spending more money on another camera set!!!
