Used the app often until the most recent update. Now almost every story I click on the new to a news video. No text to speak of. I don't want to watch the videos. I can read an article in a fraction of the time and get them info I want. There is no dark mode now, and no way I could find to enable it. Sadly, if the app is going to stay this way permanently I will be deleting it as it has taken a BIG step backwards in my opinion.

What is wrong with this app? When I select a headline in my notifications, the article opens only maybe 50% of the time...it just sits on the opening screen, not loading anything. Likewise, if I just open the app to see current headlines, I have the same problem. I'm forced to close and reopen the app, losing the quick link to the article I was trying to view, or I occasionally have to force close it to get it to open. I've updated and uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but have the same issues.

9news has the most accurate weather forecast, which is NOT reflected in this new app. PLEASE fix the weather forecast!! It doesn't show the low temps of the day, which in winter is arguably most important. The 7 day doesn't appear to be accurate either as it doesn't match the broadcast forecast. It's useless. FYI, I've reported these issues to feedback multiple times.
