This new version of Gate City App is unusable. There's so much wrong with it. I can't log in, I can't reset password, which it forced me to do, I can't click next entities to fill them in. And it wants me to reset everything every time I try to login too. My son who also uses the app has called me asking if I'm having these issues as well, so he is experiencing problems too. I've needed to mobile deposit a check for a week now, but I'm locked out and can't get anywhere on the app otherwise.

Love the bank, and used to love the app, but the newest update isn't great. For some reason, bill pay is no longer accessible in the app. Very annoying, as I used to use the app to pay bills regularly. I didn't mind needing to update my password (it's good to do that every once in a while for security), but then the app didn't recognize that the password has been changed, so I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

EDIT: it seems to be working great in the past month or so, no errors or trouble logging in since the last update! The app hardly lets me login due to various errors, sometimes all it says is "an error has occurred". Yeahh thanks that really helps me. When I try logging on the website via browser it won't even let me sign in there either. I can't even access my money to budget or anything, time to look for another bank I guess.
