About this app

MusterHub is a crew management app for fire, ambulance, police, coastguard and volunteer emergency services.

It brings messaging, scheduling, training, wellbeing and turnout response into one place, so your service can stop juggling WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper forms.

TURNOUT RESPONSE
When an incident drops, crew tap to confirm they're responding. Officers see a live board showing who is on the way, their ETA and total crew count. Critical alerts cut through Do Not Disturb and silent mode so on-call crew get notified even when they're sleeping.

WELLBEING
After difficult incidents, managers can send anonymous check-ins. Crew respond green, amber or red. Managers see aggregate results but never individual responses. Crew can also keep a personal wellbeing journal with trend tracking over 30 days.

MESSAGING
Send targeted messages to a station, a group or the whole service. Set priority levels, require acknowledgement, and see who has read what.

ROTA & AVAILABILITY
Crew set their on-call availability and view their schedule. Managers see who's on and who's off. Imports from existing rota systems.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
Track courses, certifications and expiry dates. Get notified before qualifications expire. Register for upcoming training sessions.

APPLIANCE STATUS
See which appliances are available, reduced or off the run. Status updates flow in from your control room automatically.

STATION CHAT
Informal chat channels per station. Quick questions and day-to-day coordination without clogging up the official messaging.

DOCUMENTS & SOPs
Access policies, SOPs and reference material from your phone. Always the latest version.

EVENTS
Drills, meetings, socials and inspections with automatic reminders.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
See your duty status, unread messages, appliance availability and overdue training at a glance without opening the app.

MusterHub adapts to your service's terminology. Fire services see stations, appliances and firefighters. Ambulance services see depots, ambulances and paramedics. Police see stations, units and officers. All labels are fully configurable.

Your service administrator sets up groups, stations and roles. Crew receive a code, sign up with their email, and they're in.
