GearBin helps you keep workshop gear where you can find it.
Sort tools into bins (Shed, Bag, Car, Bench). Add a name, notes, and a photo of each item. Mark condition — good, needs service, or broken — and pin the tools you reach for most. On the Gear screen, drag a tool chip onto a bin to start a new item already parked in that category. Scan a barcode or QR to open a tool you already tagged, or start a new one with the code ready to save.
Check gear out when it leaves the bay and check it back in when it returns — one item or the whole checked-out list. Move tools between bins, duplicate an entry when you buy a spare, and share a simple inventory list. Bay Log keeps a trail of checkouts and moves. Use the wishlist for blades, bits, and anything else you still need to buy.
A short interactive start walks you through bins, checkout, and a workshop chart so your default landing bin is set before you open the bay.
Find your tools fast — bins, photos, barcode tags, checkout & a wishlist.
