the app works at its most basic function, in that it allows you to change temp. however, it failures in perhaps the most important area, notifications. here I am in the middle of winter and just realized that my hot tub hasn't had flow for likely several days, at least. now I have thousands in damage, all because the devs that manage this app can't figure out how to properly and consistently send notifications. and to mention, this is an issue for both my wife's phone and myself

I saw all the bad reviews and hoped the experience wasn't as bad, well folks, I'm here to tell you it is unfortunately. I'll admit the app is pretty trash, it continuously fails to connect to the hot tub receiver and when it does half of the time it takes forever, if you navigate from the app and come back it starts over again to connect. it's just awful. The controls work pretty well though when connected but it's not an app you can rely on.

Couldn't get the app to connect with the hot tub. During the setup process, the app never could bring up a list of spas to choose from to add. There were blue lights on both transmitter units, no obstructions, and only 30 feet apart through a sliding glass door. Just could not figure out why it wouldn't connect. Tech support had a few suggestions, but either nothing applied to the situation or the suggested solution did not work to solve the problem. Returned the product and uninstalled the app.
