To use this app, you need the in.touch 2 modules from Gecko Alliance. There is no compatibility with the in.touch first generation.

Ratings and reviews

Couldn't get the app to connect with the hot tub. During the setup process, the app never could bring up a list of spas to choose from to add. There were blue lights on both transmitter units, no obstructions, and only 30 feet apart through a sliding glass door. Just could not figure out why it wouldn't connect. Tech support had a few suggestions, but either nothing applied to the situation or the suggested solution did not work to solve the problem. Returned the product and uninstalled the app.

Does not Add Spa / Android S22 Ultra I tried to download the app and create an account. I was able to do that. After which , ADD SPA it just spins with it not adding spa. I Uninstaller and tried several times with no results. My husband was able to on his iPhone, after the spinning and searching for more than 10 minutes. I read someone said they had a mesh network. We do as well. I will try to adjust. ***update it is working since changing mesh router and phone connection.

When it works, it is not bad. Problem is trying to get it to activate. It crashes about 3 to 4 times before it finally opens. Then when it opens it may not connect. I have to close and start all over again. I have tried uninstalling, placing the transmitter closer, transmitter higher... No change. Fairly disappointed. When it finally connects it seems nice and does accept commands.

What's new

Adds radio frequency signal display in the Spa settings, in.touch network menu. This display informs users of the signal strength between their home router module and the spa. It also allows users to change the radio frequency channel in case they encounter interferences on the default one.
