Know who's calling without looking at your phone. OutLoud — Caller Voice announces the caller's name aloud the moment your phone starts to ring, in a natural, human-sounding voice you choose. Choose from 50 different voices!
Most "announce caller" features read names in a flat, robotic voice — or bury the feature under ads. OutLoud uses high-quality neural voices, has no ads, and gives you full control over how your phone sounds.

HOW IT WORKS
When a call comes in, OutLoud detects it, looks up the caller in your contacts, and speaks their name aloud — audible over your ringtone. If the number isn't in your contacts, it announces an unknown caller. Announcements are automatically suppressed when your ringer is silent or set to vibrate, so it never blurts out at the wrong time.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
- OutLoud does NOT request access to your call log.
- Your contact list is never uploaded. Caller lookup happens on your device.
- Only the short phrase to be spoken (the caller's name) is sent — over an encrypted connection — to generate the voice clip, which is then cached on your device.
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics.

OutLoud now watches for it and tells you the moment announcements go off, with a one-tap fix.
If callers have not been announced recently, open the app and check the status line at the bottom.
Tip: setting OutLoud to Unrestricted battery use helps prevent it.
