I have no idea why the app is so low rate. I installed the app turned on my socks and they appeared in the app. It's super easy to use without realizing I made preset Temp in seconds that are controlled by the button on the socks or app. easy to use and understand.

Had to allow location permission before app would connect to the socks. To save battery on a hike, I turn gps off until it is needed. Developers claim no data is collected or shared; but 20 or 30 seconds after I turn off my phones location the app can no longer see the socks. Turn the phone's location on, and magically the app that doesn't collect data somehow can see the socks again. I made no app permission changes. I doubt anyone verified the app doesn't collect or share data.

Terrible. Electric heated socks. I'm guessing it's the app. First pair I had you could see on the app that both socks had full battery. Couldn't get the app to pair. Made sure I signed in and gave permission for GPS. (Signing in and GPS permission is stupid for a pair of socks). Returned that pair for another pair. Same thing. Going to get a refund and buy something else.
