Probably one of the worse service I've seen this far. Everything revolve around the app and it's poorly design. The main function is a QR code scanner to check-in and often it doesn't work. So though you participated, they will charge you extra money because it didn't check you in properly. And they charge a lot if the check-in didn't go through, on top of your subscription. That also means if you get sick... They'll charge you extra on top because you couldn't go. 🤬

Been using the app for a few years. Decent selection of clubs available in Düsseldorf, wish there were more. The app gets 4 out of 5, never had an issue with it. Check-ins work seamless. Please add buying extra gym-specific credit in the app. Dial down the granularity of the app, i.e. filters and categories to improve say/do ratio of the app. For instance the check-in categories are overkill.

Good concept. Virtually zero customer support. The app is not user friendly. Having to browse by day to look for an activity is not ideal, it's also buggy when booking activities, they disappear and don't show up on the personal schedule.
