About this app

Meshtastic is a tool for using Android devices with open-source, off-grid mesh radios. This app is the main client for the Meshtastic project, allowing you to manage your mesh devices and communicate with other users.

For more information about the Meshtastic project, please visit our website: [meshtastic.org](https://www.meshtastic.org). The firmware that runs on the radio devices is a separate open-source project, which you can find here: [https://github.com/meshtastic/Meshtastic-device](https://github.com/meshtastic/Meshtastic-device).

The app does what it needs to do. Most things work reasonably quickly, looking at messages, nodes, settings, etc. It would be nice if, when switching back to messages, it would go back into the previous channel, especially since it's the only channel I have. That would speed things up a bit. The map takes a long time to load and is slow to zoom in or out. I initially had a lot of crashes, but restarting my Android phone seemed to have eliminated those crashes for now. Hopefully that holds up.

This latest update is so much worse! Change the telemetry data back to how it was! Now it's impossible to see anything useful... Also, if I have 2 nodes with one sending telemetry data, the other should store that data and deliver it all to my phone when I'm back in range. Currently, it doesn't save anything if I'm not actually connected via Bluetooth.

Lets update it again, seems like a every month thing. 2.7.13 worked for a while, re connected with no issues for a while. back to square one again, Android app won't connect anymore. just shows connecting indefinitely, even after forgetting the device or resetting the rak board. Apple app on the other hand has no issue. Glad I spent all this money on equipment to have it unusable.
