Ratings and reviews

Too limited when editing products. I'm able to edit the details/description, mockup, design, and review those changes within the desktop application, but I'm only able to edit the prices in the mobile app. Why so restricted? Also, even though my default currency in my desktop browser edition AND in my mobile app are set to USD, it keeps displaying products in euros EUR.

I got orders through Etsy for a shipment that was not fulfilled, it was sent back. i did reorder it and i was due to pay full fare, which i find very suspicious because in the site it saied i was deemed to pay only shipping. find it unfair, had to refund the seller myself and still think there are better customer services than just talk to an AI-agent that only gives you empathic thoughts over a serious issue

It takes forever to resolve any problems anytime you have them and you will money is taken out repeatedly in the beginning without explanation they want you to keep purchasing packages to sell other people's products and you have to pay for everything there's a fee for everything I'm disappointed
