An update received through this app ruined the operation of my MG20 headphones. Thanks to this mysterious update (M&D app developers refused to tell me what the update was supposed to do), the first second or two of a song can be clipped off if you select a song directly. It doesn't seem to happen or happen as much if you play more than one song that are in a queue. It makes me wonder if the update was meant to track the songs I listen to. I would advise everyone to stay away from this app

DO NOT CHANGE THE DEVICE NAME, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. As some other reviews have noted. Changing the device name in the app seems to have bricked the left earbud mere minutes out the box. Be wary. The earbuds are great, and made of strong durable materials. But they're no match for this basic application you are encouraged and instructed by the company to use with their product. Fun Fact: There is no way to enter the app and utilize its product support feature without a connected product

If I could, I would give this app zero stars. My MW75's connected to it for about an hour, then disconnected and refused to connect ever again, despite me uninstalling it multiple times, resetting the headphones, etc. An unbelievably terrible app for a $600 set of cans. Like, my god, this is beyond embarrassing. Get it together M&D. How have you let this application fester for so long. This should be simple, should it not? Every other brand seems to have an app that, I don't know, um, works???
