Ratings and reviews

I have a paid subscription and I still get ads. The app only works for about 2 minutes and then it shuts off. then I have to reengage it by going and searching for the channel that I want to listen to. Favoriting a channel does not work. Can't believe I paid for this.

second worse scanner app ever! When you get around to fixing the sound so it works on 5G smartphones and you can actually hear something including static coming out of the speaker I might give it another go right now it's not worth it to keep it on my device so I uninstalled it.

{edit&update: No response. No reply since the acknowledgement. No email on how to adjust anything} Brand new user & keeps saying it's on, yet nothing. No sound. No calls. Also keeps showing 'remove ads', yet I've already paid for the Premium. *Help We live near a station & can hear squad & Svc calls outside. Had hoped this would give us clarity for those calls.
