Absolutely never works. I have tried so many times with location both enabled and disabled and everytime it just says can't fetch routes or gives an error. I've tried it on multiple devices and none of them work. You're better off using Google maps but even then they don't always have the most up to date times and it will say that. If you can, use matbus website but that isn't very mobile friendly and even on PC the UI isn't great.

Definitely not a good tool. Doesn't show options using most efficient routes using more than 1 route, doesn't show other stop options, and isn't even close to what it would need to be in an effort to be effective for new bus users. Tried planning travel for the day and immediately decided the time needed wasn't worth it. decided to suck it up and cab it. Super frustrating and disappointing to say the least!

TERRIBLE APP. Older App was better, this one doesn't show you routes or let you select individual routes. It has a terrible world map that glitches out and can never find your location even with location on. STOP TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING THAT WASNT BROKE. They don't update what route is changing numbers so the map shows a bus about to pick you up at GTC and then its not your bus anymore, terrible system.
