Potential here, but implemented poorly. It requires a network connection for tickets; If you have bad/no signal/no wifi, no QR ticket. Neither can you get one before leaving for the bus stop as the timeout is a matter of seconds. When it does work, the bus scanners can't always read the QR code. This plus the short timeout creates long queues as people repeatedly time out when boarding. Bus schedule/tracking can't be used, but needs other apps. If you have the option, use a smart card.

doesn't work most of the time, I click on stop, and no buses show up. tried deleting and redownloading, didn't fix. Usually I have to resort to texting tompkins county consolodated area transit to find out when my bus is coming. I am disabled and I cannot drive, this app not working out of nowhere has genuinely ruined my day before.

Didn't load when I needed to board the bus and had to miss the bus. Confusing directions, tried to buy two 2 day bus passes and wasn't allowed to activate both for me and a friend even though the app allows you to buy multiple single day passes
