Getting better 10/11: Somehow, y'all managed to break it more than it already was. I was finally able to manually force a backup, although it took hours for it to run. Now, back to nothing. Same as everyone else, greyed out data selection and selecting backup closes the app. No, I will not contact support because I've done everything you've said a hundred times. Never would expect this from a major company like Google in 2024. Time to find a new cloud service and hope y'all haven't lost my data.

The ads interfere with trying to look at data, photos, logs. How to get rid of intrusive adds you cannot get through!!! I BOUGHT unlimited storage with no ads. NOW you tell me I won't get what I paid for... unlimited storage with no ads. Shame on you! so now I need to pay a yearly fee for the app I already paid for! You deceived me! From how many others have you stolen this non ad free lifetime membership!

I left my original review below but I'm updating to report that my backup was completely deleted without ANY warnings being sent to me because I had to temporarily cancel my paid subscription for a few months. Garbage policy and garbage people running this app. I've used this app through 3 devices and for several years and it's never let me down. Easy to use, great storage, and you can easily earn more for free just by doing simple things like following them on twitter, writing a review, etc.
