Notes under pinned wells , glitches and does not allow you to add notes ( Update) support contacted within hours of reporting and said it would be fixed wasn't, don't believe it's worth the money, canceled my subscription

Thank you for flagging this. The app version you have (1.1.27) does not reflect the fix, There is a version discrepancy as the issue you mentioned has been addressed in version 1.1.31. In the latest update, we have worked diligently to address the glitch you reported. Kindly update for the latest bug fixes. Can't wait to welcome you back.

Free trial should mean I can try it for free for a week then decide if the app is for me. More like pay for subscription and get the first week free.
