I used to love this game until I got a new phone. I tried downloading it again, and there was 2 issues. It did not save any of my progress OR save ANY of my purchases (including no ads). I bought the no ads like 2 years ago. I tried refreshing purchases, didn't work. I tried to buy it AGAIN, but it says "unable to purchase, you already own this item" but I'm still getting ads. I sent an email to their staff 2 weeks ago, and no reply. I'm beyond pissed.

While I really enjoy the sorting and matching of gems, as well as the esthetic, I DO NOT enjoy ads whenever I try to play a level. Whether I'm starting a level over or I'm just trying to play a level for the FIRST TIME all day, an ad of the longest kind will play. Can't close it until its over, and it plays at maximum volume, So I can't play just anywhere. To top it off, you expect $7.99 for ad blocking? That's a hefty price for a match and sort game. Nobody wants to play a game that's just ads.

I love this game! It's so relaxing, gorgeous and cute. I love how you collect and can learn about gems! The characters are adorable. My 4 stars is it's expensive for the full full game.I did pay the hefty $8 for ad-free base game because an ad after EVERYTHING made me so annoyed. I'd love Premium, but $25 a month?! For a match game?IT'S $15 for most MMORPG subscriptions! What justifies $25 for a sorting game?
