Useless, if you can't even login. I am absolutely positive I am entering my username and password correctly. I have checked countless times and even went so far as changing my password. I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and still no luck. Regardless of what I do, this app will not let me login. I have no problem logging in on the actual NCWORKS website, though.

Works about once a week. Other than that one time it does not keep favorited jobs deleted, does not pull up anything when I search, and says my info is wrong and to go to the site when I know it's correct. Being unemployed, I rely on this site as one of my best job sources. The site on a mobile phone sucks!

Couldn't edit my comment so I'm adding additionals below: When logged in on my phone, and I hit the feedback selection, the fields did not autopopulate with (at least) my EMail Address (EMA). -smh- Also, suggest you convert your login credentials to utilize a Microsoft "hard password" method. Allow at least 30-35 characters. -again- Allow any standard kybd chatacter as special char's. instead of the few allowed at present. -and again- Uninstalling momentarily...
