Useless, if you can't even login. I am absolutely positive I am entering my username and password correctly. I have checked countless times and even went so far as changing my password. I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and still no luck. Regardless of what I do, this app will not let me login. I have no problem logging in on the actual NCWORKS website, though.

Works about once a week. Other than that one time it does not keep favorited jobs deleted, does not pull up anything when I search, and says my info is wrong and to go to the site when I know it's correct. Being unemployed, I rely on this site as one of my best job sources. The site on a mobile phone sucks!

The servers are always down, I can't even do a job search without logging in how useless and can one app be. They want us to use this stupid app but provide zero support for it when it's not working and then threaten to take away unemployment if you don't use it to find a job. What kind of catch 22 nonsense is this?
