People are directed to download this app to access and or file a claim due to the website being overwhelmed... the problem is this app doesnt let you do that. And the only help you get is the "solutions team" responding to your review stating that their app " doesn't do that" .. so a whole lot of misleading and confusing information to run you in circles is what you are left with. Not to mention the very poor customer service. Way to not be helpful at all 👍

This is GSI support. Please note that EDD UI claims are not supported through this app and therefore your EDD login credentials are not supported. If you need to access your benefits, please contact EDD (https://askedd.edd.ca.gov/) - This can also be accessed via the popup on the splash page named 'Please read carefully'.

Very difficult to use. Hard to find the same job you looked at before. I found a job at x company, for x job, in x city. When I tried to find it again after my internet connection restarted, it was impossible. I've never seen a mobile app so difficult and clunky to use. Also, I notice some job ads appear to be scams. There should be a way to report or flag them.

I have been trying for two hours to upload my resume and each time either the app just closes or, it says my resume is incomplete. It won't allow me to preview it to see what deems it incomplete, but if I run the stupid grade your resume thing, it says my resume consists of one mystery word and nothing else. I've tried uploading it as a docx, pdf, and doc. Super simple task normally, but I agree with the other user that said this mandatory step is TERRIBLE for a person's mental health. Maddening
