DO NOT BUY THIS! I paid for service and can't get access to app. Alerts come in late most of the time, and the admin doesn't reply to your emails! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

As for not being able to access the app, no bugs have been reported. You can also access the app by force closing and then re-opening it. We have a perfect 5.0 in Google's usability.
