Some messages are hard to send. When you're in an ongoing conflict — with a co-parent, an ex, a difficult coworker, a landlord or a housemate — a single text can escalate everything. Ambe helps you say what you actually mean, without the heat.

Paste your draft, choose who it's going to, and Ambe rewrites it to be calm, clear and firm — keeping your position intact while stripping out the hostility, sarcasm and score-settling that make things worse. You stay in control: nothing sends automatically, and you always choose what to copy.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Paste the message you're about to send.
2. Pick the relationship (co-parent, ex-partner, coworker, family, landlord or housemate).
3. Optionally add the message you're replying to, for better context.
4. Tap Check Tone.

Ambe reads the tone and responds one of a few ways:
• If it needs work, it flags the specific phrases and offers two rewrites.
• If it's already fine, it tells you so — no change forced.
• If it can't tell without more context, it asks rather than guessing.

TWO PROVEN STYLES
Ambe rewrites using two well-established de-escalation approaches:
• BIFF — Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm. Keeps you assertive without giving ammunition.
• Grey Rock — flat, minimal, fact-only. For when the goal is to stay unreadable and give nothing back.

BUILT TO CATCH MORE THAN ANGER
Plenty of tools soften obviously angry messages. Ambe is also tuned to catch calm-sounding manipulation, guilt-tripping and backhanded jabs — the kind of thing that reads as reasonable but isn't.

WHAT AMBE DOESN'T DO
Ambe firmly rewrites your message — it doesn't make you a pushover, and it never changes your actual position, dates or facts. It won't invent things you didn't say. And it isn't a messaging app: you paste your draft in and copy the result out to send however you normally would.

A NOTE ON SUPPORT
If a message suggests you may be in distress, Ambe won't rewrite it — it will point you to support lines instead. Ambe is a communication tool, not a counselling, legal or crisis service.

PRIVACY
Your messages are used to generate a rewrite and are not sold. Ambe is a standalone tool — it doesn't read your texts, connect to your messaging apps, or send anything on your behalf.
