City transfer was completely different than advertised (4.5 hours Vs 2). getbybus not responsible for service being completely different. No refund. Tried to cancel return journey because the service being provided is garbage. No you can't do that. No refund. No accountability or support in any regard. Scam artists hiding behind a wall of terms and conditions. Avoid this garbage.

Tried to book bus tickets and their system failed but still took money from my account. They have said that I will get my money refunded but it takes 14 days. This annoys me, you can take money immediately but it takes 14 days to refund!!

pathetic app for bus booking. once you book and pay the charges, then they keep ticket in "Pending for confirmation". This way they will ruin your whole trip. i dont know other countries,but this app is fraud in Morocco at least.
