Calley is an Auto Dialer App for your Android Phone.

So lets say you have a list of lot of numbers you want to call. These are numbers of people whom you have collected in an event like an exhibition or thru a paid campaign like Facebook Ads or you are doing an outbound call campaign to qualify leads.

Calling these numbers manually one by one is going to hamper productivity of your sales team and this is where an auto dialer app like Calley comes to the rescue.

When you signup you get access to -

- The web panel on https://app.getcalley.com which is your online panel to load numbers or see reports.
- The Android App where you can login using the same credentials and sync the list that you wish to call.

Once you have selected the list and click on the start calling button, the android app will automatically trigger the call using the default number of your Sim Card and you can speak to the lead once connected.

As the call finishes you get options to put in Call Dispositions right into the mobile app saving which will trigger the next call. The Call dispositions are synced with your web panel so that you can see the reports on the mobile app as well as on the web panel.

This app is awful. There is no way to stop it from dialing when you want.to stop. I literally had to shut my phone off to stop it from dialing. God forbid you choose the standard mode, you'll never be able to get out or change the screen. There's no way to stop from dialing. It skips over numbers CONSTANTLY. Everytime they go to fix it, they make it worse. It started out real good and now it just sucks.

This app, though set up in a way I do not like, does not move on to the next call in the csv or xlsx file after hanging up on the first call. This completely defeats the purpose of an "Auto Dialer" and needs to be fixed ASAP or this app is completely useless.

I like this app. It does what I need it to do. Upload calls and dial them. It keeps good records on the dispensation of each call that I can manage with my CRM.
