I just downloaded it and explored a little. I hope it retains the 5 star rating. Few observations however, when i clicked on fund wallet, the only way to go back is to close the app and open again. Also, when you verify your account, the phone number linked to your bvn is automatically linked to your account and it can't be changed....i don't have access to that phone number anymore and i have been to the bank a number of times, yet no solution yet.

Dear Muhammed, We sincerely apologies for this experience. We have fixed the bug you encountered with the navigation on the fund wallet page. We also now have a feature where you can manually verify your identity if your current phone number is not linked with your BVN.
Kindly update your app so as to have access to the changes we've made

I like the application. It fun exploring and earning from it. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that I transferred a particular 1500 to the account linked to the wallet. They couldn't trace my money and it wasn't posted despite all the proof of payment from the bank. I will stick to survey only. I'm distancing myself from transaction.

LUMI all the way 🤗. I love the app which gives you cash back for any transaction which can be used for future use. Even the customer care, so friendly and fast in response. But my only issue is that when I reopen the app from minimise it says "lumi has stopped". Am still gonna recommend lumi
