I got this for tracking my temp in my cycle. It has been pretty wacky so far, not trusting it's accuracy. Not being able to edit cycle stuff is not helpful. It's sleep tracking can be WAY off. If I sit still at night reading, it counts it as latency- I literally fall asleep in minutes when I actually go to bed- but can't edit it. Other awake times it shows as sleeping.... Needs some work. I also wish I could edit workouts when it won't sync and it doesn't log a workout... I want to like it!

Overall a great system considering that they don't charge a monthly app fee this is a great app! it tracks my steps relatively accurately (though the mileage count is always noticeably short). The temperature seems accurate. The heart rate is accurate, which is very handy as a person with POTS. My one complaint that I really hope they fix is that you cannot override the sleep time. Sometimes I watch a movie on the couch and it shows my latency at over an hour and that brings down my daily score

I have had the QRNT SLIM now for almost 2 weeks. The sleep data doesn't often track correctly, with no option to manually override. I read before bed, and the ring/app count this as light sleep for an hour every night. Not sure if this is a ring issue or what. It also incorrectly records step count. Showing a ridiculous number like 12 for the whole day, which then brings down my overall "life quality" score. I'm hopeful the temperature readings are accurate.
