Ratings and reviews

Unreliable for charting with a patient. I take notes in Google Keep to make sure they actually save and then I copy and paste back into Luna. Dictation feature doesn't work for me as I have to go in and edit and reformat anyhow, so it becomes extra work. Also doesn't sync with my Android Google calendar so makes extra work to schedule patients. And the messages often take a long time to "sync" making it frustrating getting things done in a timely manner.

The screen content does not move up to allow space for the key board.

Just terrible all around. No other way to put it. The most buggy app I've ever used. It's unreliable while treating patients. Chat features don't work. Patients' treatment information is mixed up between patients. Flow of the app just doesn't make sense. Example: having to allow automatic scheduling in order to just change your availability. It just doesn't make sense. I usually don't give bad reviews but there are just way too many problems with this app. They need to hire new developers.
