Sitting all day? EveryHour reminds you to get up and move — a short, simple exercise every hour, chosen to fit where you are.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set your break interval: every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
• When the countdown ends, EveryHour suggests one quick exercise — 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Do it, tap Completed, and watch your day's progress fill up.
AT HOME OR AT THE OFFICE
Switch to Office mode and you'll only get quiet, discreet exercises you can do at your desk without anyone noticing: ankle circles, neck stretches, seated twists. At home, the whole library is yours, from squats and lunges to jumping jacks.
33 EXERCISES IN 7 CATEGORIES
Stretching, core, upper body, lower body, cardio, breathing and wellness. Each comes with clear instructions; many have step-by-step illustrations. Not in the mood for the one suggested? Draw another with one tap.
STREAKS AND BADGES
Set a daily goal and build a streak by meeting it day after day. Unlock 12 badges along the way, from your first exercise to a 30-day streak and trying every category.
REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOU
A notification tells you when it's time for a break, even when the app is closed. Pause the timer whenever you need to focus.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account needed: your exercises, progress and badges stay on your phone. EveryHour is free, supported by a small banner and an occasional ad after a finished exercise — never during your countdown or an exercise.
A QUICK TOUR TO START
A short guide points out each part of the screen the first time you open it, and you can replay it any time from Settings.
EveryHour's exercises are general wellness suggestions, not medical advice. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with a professional first.
