ShiftMesh: Local Shift Cover

Dream Team Now

About this app

ShiftMesh connects local businesses that need hands with trusted hourly workers who want more hours — shared across businesses, not locked inside one.

FOR BUSINESSES
• Post an open shift in under a minute and alert nearby workers instantly with push notifications
• Offer new shifts to your favorite workers first, then open them to everyone
• Set up repeating shifts like "every Friday dinner rush"
• Browse the worker board: work history, ratings, reliability scores and certificates (Food Worker Card, MAST and more)
• Workers clock in and out on their phone at your location; approve hours with one tap
• Backup alerts: if a worker cancels, the next available workers are alerted automatically
• Message workers and post job openings they can apply to
• Free to join — you pay a 6% fee only when a shift is filled
• Refer another business and earn a fee-free shift

FOR WORKERS
• Browse the shift board and claim shifts that fit your schedule
• Follow businesses you like and get push alerts the moment they post
• Build a profile with work history, certificates and ratings
• Clock in and out from your phone and keep a record of your hours
• Message businesses and apply to job openings
• Always free for workers

TOWN GROUPS
Businesses in the same area share a trusted worker pool — built for seasonal towns and busy weeks everywhere.

Shift alerts are push notifications from the ShiftMesh app, so install the app and turn on notifications to get them. Location is checked only when you clock in or out of a shift — never tracked in the background.
