About this app

Ledgehaven puts your small-business books, invoices and team time in your pocket.

Ledgehaven is accounting, payroll and tax software for small businesses and the accountants who serve them. The app is the mobile companion to your Ledgehaven account, so you can check where things stand and keep work moving from anywhere.

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
• Books: see bank and card transactions, what still needs review, and your chart of accounts with current balances.
• Invoices: check which invoices are sent, paid or overdue.
• Reports: profit and loss and balance sheet at a glance.
• Receipts: snap a photo of a receipt or pick one from your library and it goes straight to your books and your accountant.
• Team: approve timesheets and time-off requests from your employees.
• Accountant: message your bookkeeper or accountant directly.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Time clock: clock in and out and take breaks right from your phone.
• Schedule: see your upcoming shifts for the next two weeks.
• PTO: check your time-off balance and request time off.

FOR ACCOUNTANTS AND BOOKKEEPERS
• See your client list and where each client's monthly close stands.
• Message clients and keep reports close at hand.

Your data is sent over encrypted connections, and you can delete your account at any time from More > Delete account.

A Ledgehaven account is required. Employees sign in with the login their employer sets up for them.
