Sift is an offline budget app for Android that runs entirely on your phone.
No bank login. No account. No sign-up. No subscription. It works in airplane mode, because it never needed the internet in the first place.
Most budgeting apps show you a number that is already spoken for. Rent, subscriptions and the bills that haven't been charged yet are still coming out this month. Sift takes them off first, so the figure on screen is what you can really spend today.

Offline by design. Every calculation happens on your device. Your amounts, categories and notes never leave your phone.
No bank connection, ever. You will never be asked to link an account or hand over a password. Logging an expense takes seconds, and doing it yourself keeps you honest about where the money goes.
