It pairs a few gentle practices, breathing, mood check-ins, gratitude, journaling, a focus timer, with a tiny pixel friend. No feeds. No streaks shouting at you. Just a small, quiet space to take a breath, notice how you feel, and write things down.

Your little friend

Choose one of three pixel companions and give them a name. They hatch from an egg, find their feet as a baby, and grow into their adult form once you've tried each of the five well-being practices. From there, they're done growing — just along for the company.

This isn't a friend that depends on your mood or rewards you for feeling a certain way. They live their own little life beside yours.

little haven is free to try. A small subscription unlocks extra breathing techniques, more ambient sounds, longer history in journal and insights, more routine slots, and full data export. While your friend is still in the baby stage, premium features are open so you can try everything before deciding.
