I booked a transfer with GetTransfer. A week from needing the transportation, the driver canceled the service. Now the company refuses to refund me my money even though I didn't receive any transportation or service. They say I can only have credit. Sort of useless as the transportation I booked was almost half the cost of other choices through the app. Sorry, but when I pay $600 for a service and I get $0 return, I find that unacceptable.

Avoid GetTransfer at all costs. We booked an airport transfer in Spain When the pickup time arrived… no driver. No message. No call. No explanation. So there we were standing at the side of the road with luggage and a 9-month-old baby, watching the clock tick down while trying to figure out how we were going to get to the airport. we had to get a last minute local taxi and then GetScamsfer charged us for the car that never showed up and refuse to refund us at all

The worst app I have ever seen Since iwork with them from may 25 I didn't receive any money ... and when icontact with them by email many time iwill written some reason they say from may to November - we change the payment method - we force problem In payment -we will transfer in 15 Nov -your PayPal denied transfer at the same day Ireceived money from another one Now they didn't reply any emails from me since Nov they collect the money once the guest reserve at the end where my money??
