I put that I wanted a ride the same day but they booked it for the following day I sat outside calling and waiting on the driver who never showed then I opened the app and noticed they put the wrong day. they didn't provide any service and they set the service for the future instead of the requested time and then refused any type of refund. Whatever you do don't use this app a traditional car service is cheaper and more reliable. now I have to dispute the charges through the credit card company.

I booked a car for the next day and canceled it within 3 minutes because I noticed a mistake in the time (AM vs PM). However, they took my $300 and won't give it back. I can understand the rules. Support wrote to me: 'According to the cancellation terms associated with the purchased fare, if the cancellation takes place less than 48 hours in advance, a refund cannot be provided.' But my booking was made less than 48 hours in advance? It's my first time using this platform and I think the last

I paid for my airport transfer online, but the driver charged me again. Instead of refunding the duplicate payment to my bank card, the company would only offer account credit. After months of emails, they repeatedly ignored my questions, sent the same scripted response, and eventually stopped replying altogether. Very disappointing customer service and an unacceptable refund policy.
