I put that I wanted a ride the same day but they booked it for the following day I sat outside calling and waiting on the driver who never showed then I opened the app and noticed they put the wrong day. they didn't provide any service and they set the service for the future instead of the requested time and then refused any type of refund. Whatever you do don't use this app a traditional car service is cheaper and more reliable. now I have to dispute the charges through the credit card company.

We were left stranded for our vacation, both from our destination to the airport, and then again from the airport to home. There is no one to call, just automated emails saying "you're a priority, and we'll get back to you." I somehow managed to get one of the transits reimbursed, but 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund. They say they are "investigating"... I say, we booked transit, they confirmed transit, driver never showed - The End... issue the refund. Next step... BBB, and W5!

Horrible experience the driver cancelled 20 min before because he wanted me to pay 70 € more then what the web site proposed ... I got charged already and he said I don't care cancel your ride I am just a driver see with get transfer.... And told me I was a poor person for not paying ... I didn't accept it because it s wrongfully asked and behaved. You don't what to be paid that amount don't accept the fair and cancel it before the costumer arrives ... Not once the are at the airport waiting.
