Terrible experience – do not use GetTransfer! My driver canceled less than 24 hours before my trip, and instead of solving the problem, GetTransfer tried to charge me an extra €154 for another car, even though I had booked and paid months in advance. No real solution was offered, customer support was unhelpful, and I was left stranded needing to travel between two countries to catch a flight. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund me properly and only offered app credit

The worst app I have ever seen Since iwork with them from may 25 I didn't receive any money ... and when icontact with them by email many time iwill written some reason they say from may to November - we change the payment method - we force problem In payment -we will transfer in 15 Nov -your PayPal denied transfer at the same day Ireceived money from another one Now they didn't reply any emails from me since Nov they collect the money once the guest reserve at the end where my money??

I got last minute cancellation of my ride to airport and I was about to miss my flight, and all what I got from customer service team of the Application is an apology message for the inconvenience. Terms and conditions of App does not hold them accountable for any damage that such cancellation might cause. Be careful and think twice before you make any booking through this Application!!!
