Terrible experience – do not use GetTransfer! My driver canceled less than 24 hours before my trip, and instead of solving the problem, GetTransfer tried to charge me an extra €154 for another car, even though I had booked and paid months in advance. No real solution was offered, customer support was unhelpful, and I was left stranded needing to travel between two countries to catch a flight. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund me properly and only offered app credit

I got last minute cancellation of my ride to airport and I was about to miss my flight, and all what I got from customer service team of the Application is an apology message for the inconvenience. Terms and conditions of App does not hold them accountable for any damage that such cancellation might cause. Be careful and think twice before you make any booking through this Application!!!

The worst app and service ever. If I could give negative stars I would rate it with minus Million. Booked a transfer for a late arrival flight at KTW airport. The transfer was canceled during the flight. So I arrived in KTW at 2:15am with a kid a no transfer. The app's so called customer support "helped" nothing but with a great suggestion to take a ride for 3X the initial ride. I had to beg a local taxi to take me to the train station, price 4X higher. No refund yet of what the app charged me.
