Oof. Stay away. We booked a ride for the family in a foreign city weeks in advance. Hours before we needed the ride I fortunately checked and the ride was cancelled! We were stranded in a foreign city with young children! GetTransfer was unable to help us. Instead of a refund for a service not rendered we are given app credit/account balance? Unacceptable! Do not use this if you actually need a ride. It's possible this service works, but it's not worth the risk! Credit chargeback successful!

Please, please don't book!!!! Trust the reviews!!! I have seen so many bar reviews about drivers cancelling rides and I went against my better judgement and booked a ride and unfortunately, I was one of many. My driver cancelled half an hour before it was supposed to arrive even though I booked a couple of days in advance. Seeing the reviews I don't know if I am going to get my money back so that's a lesson learned.

Although we booked the transfer weeks in advance, the driver cancelled a the last minute and we almost missed our flight. We had to get a very expensive Uber instead. On cancellation GetTransfer could not refund me the $313 for the transfer but could only "refund to my GetTransfer account" for a future purchase. I don't think this is acceptable. I just want my money back.
