HOW IT WORKS

Neura offers evidence-based treatments for neurological conditions, and our care team always uses best practices from the American Academy of Neurology.

1. Meet with your neurologist via video appointment to discuss your symptoms, treatments you’ve previously tried and more. As part of your care plan, your provider may prescribe some medications and suggest lifestyle modifications. If you need any in-person treatments, Neura will refer you to a local provider to take care of labs, scans or procedures.
2. Meet with your care coach, who will help support you along your journey to finding relief and better managing your headache or migraine challenges. Twice-monthly video coaching sessions (30 minutes each) are included in your membership at no additional cost.
3. Follow along with your care plan online, plus get helpful educational content, specific information about your diagnosis and treatments and more.
4. Meet with your neurological care team anytime you like for a follow-up appointment.

PRICING

Neura membership costs just $1 for your first week. After the first week, the per-month cost ranges from $29-39 depending on whether you choose a monthly, quarterly or annual membership plan. This includes access to twice-monthly care coaching sessions with a dedicated coach, unlimited 24/7 chat with your care team, and access to schedule same-week video appointments with a neurologist. The first video visit costs $199 and follow up visits are $144 each. We accept select insurance plans in certain states and employer partners. Neura is great! Got meds so much faster than waiting for an in person Neurologist. (2 days instead of six weeks!) But a recent update (it's Aug 2025) made some functions unusable for me. The "type here" bar is below my navigation buttons (home, back) so I can't tap into it. So I can't send messages. Also it's super annoying how frequently I get signed out (I'm sure it's for security). the signing back in isn't bad, but the fact that I don't get notifications. (not a recent change)

Was waiting for months just to get a prescription that I never got, while overpaying for sub-par care. Slow responses, short appointments, rude customer service. Save your money and go pay less for something better.

Aug 2022.Didnt even intend to but use for few months now and very satisfied. It is very important to keep track of simptoms and this app make it easy. **Aug 2023. Unfortunately app stopped working properly several months ago, freezing constantly. Not possible to print your notes. I found all my last 3 mo records not saved. I will type, make note and app will not save it. Contacted support, they sd im note putting records??? Really? Your app dasn save it.
