Setup is reasonable enough, but going back into the app to adjust the hearing aids take unreasonably long, needing to reenter the model and waiting for connection. I'm hoping I can find something I'm missing that will allow faster connection and adjustment. An update to allow for music playback from the phone would be appreciated since earbuds obviously can't be worn with the hearing aids..

The app works fine, but needs improvement. Controls are limited to just treble, bass, and volume. An equalizer or features such as provided in the Neutralizer app are probably necessary and anything less seems just lazy. Also, much of interface just seems ill-conceived and inconsistent. Fonts vary from screen to screen, for example. For paying the cost of these hearing aids, we deserve a better interface.

Update, 10/13/22: There was an update for the app today, now it just crashes before it opens. The hearing aids are good, but a working app is the crucial part for me. I hope it's fixed soon. Absolutely a game changer. These have greatly improved my quality of life. I've tried other brands, and had them fail within a month or two. These are now about 6 months old, and have been trouble free. The app to control them is intuitive and easy to use, and the sound quality is amazing.
