The hearing aids help, when they are working. Trouble is, it appears they hold the last setting when connected to the app. I never know when they've disconnected until I try to modify a setting. Then I have to reboot the app to establish connection again. And now, for about the last couple of months, I get a low battery alert almost always even after installing fresh, new batteries. So now I am not certain of the fullness of the batteries. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent sound quality, BUT. Be prepared for Your hearing aids continually disconnect from the app. Then you have to reset the hearing aids and then connect to the app. This happens all the time. You speak to customer support and they tell you to wait for an update and when the update comes it does nothing to solve the problem. I think the developers might be more focused on working on the iPhone version of the software rather than focusing on Android telephones.

Android 14, Samsung, B2 Plus. App still loses connection to aides, even after May 6 upgrade. One aid loses connection, after maybe 5 minutes or so. App still works, but only controls the aid that hasn't dropped bluetooth connection yet. After another 20 minutes or so the other aid also drops connection to the app. So then the app is useless. Both aides still work at that point, but can't be controlled. The aids then have to be manually powered down and manually back on to reestablish Bluetooth.
