Compatibility and notes

The Lexie app is compatible with the Lexie B3, B2 Plus, B2, B1, Lumen, and H1 Hearing Buds. Users must be 18 years or older. OTC hearing aids are intended for people with perceived mild-to-moderate impairment.

Ratings and reviews

I love the B3 hearing aids themselves. But this app has lots of issues. First, the rewards earning program doesn't work...AT ALL! Lexie support won't help me! They keep giving me the runaround! I only have a few weeks left of the 45 days. Other issues...constantly disconnecting from the hearing aids and makes me go through the acceptance of terms on the app every couple days. Also, when I don't have a good cell phone connection, I lose control of my hearing aid settings. Really? That's terrible.

The latest app update FINALLY connects nicely! I've found it helps to close the app after I've selected the environment I want. Then if I want to change the environment I reopen the app and it almost always reconnects properly. It's been a long wait (I've owned the aids for over a year now) and had given a bad review because the app struggled to connect, but maybe Lexie finally hired a programmer who knows what he's doing. In any event, kudos Lexie! I'm glad I can finally say that.

Android version could use refinement. Establishing Bluetooth connection for both units seems difficult. It would be helpful if they distinguished right from left on the phone scan list. Now they are identucal. Also, in my situation the right device "on button" may have a manufacturing issue. It does not move freely and is several more times resistent to engaging than it's left counterpart.
