G Fit is a complete application to fully enjoy your fitness experience within your sports center. This synchronization will occur automatically with G Fit machines, simply by bringing the RFID bracelet closer, so you can focus on your exercises and not have to waste time typing.

PERSONALIZED ROUTINES
G Fit users love having routines personalized by their instructor and knowing what workout they are getting every time they go to the gym. When you're on the machine, the routine is automatically uploaded to the G Fit machine, allowing you to fully enjoy your workout.

SIGN UP FOR THE CLASSES THAT INTEREST YOU
You can see all the classes offered by your sports center, filter them by type (cardio, bodybuilding, weight loss, aquatics), see what they consist of and which instructor teaches them, and sign up for the classes that interest you the most.

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS AND GET IN SHAPE
Using G Fit you can measure your weekly, monthly, and annual progress and, as synchronization with Matrix machines is automatic, you will have data such as training minutes spent or calories spent in training. In addition, you will see the evolution of compliance with personalized routines as you add Fits.
