About this app

YouGov Shopper is the app for registered participant of the correspondent project. With this app you can scan your purchases, put in products without bar codes, take receipt photos and send the purchase to YouGov. We reward you for your efforts with premiums.

This is how you can use the app as a registered participant:

So I have been scanning and got some points already. I was so excited to earn and get something from my points but then suddenly today, I can no longer open my app. It says language file is not available. So I updated it just to fix the issue but nothing changed. I am so sad. I wasted my time scanning every item from what I've purchased and even answering some surveys. What a waste of time. I wonder how I can redeem my points back.

It used to have an infinite loading screen. They fixed that. Answering surveys and scanning does not award anything. The measly points mentioned were not added to the account. This app is quite the mess

There's many problems with this app. The worst one right now is that it takes too long before you can even begin to scan your groceries. The app has my 'favourite stores' saved - why do I need to type in their phone number every single time? Then comes 5 more questions and a request to scan or upload my receipt, which does no good. Allt this can be asked after I've scanned everything, not while the frozens are thawing.
