About this app

YouGov Shopper is the app for registered participant of the correspondent project. With this app you can scan your purchases, put in products without bar codes, take receipt photos and send the purchase to YouGov. We reward you for your efforts with premiums.

This is how you can use the app as a registered participant:

2. Authenticate yourself.

clean up the ui just sayn.make it fit to the daily routine one button "scan" do the magic voucher,product,barcode what ever 1 click -> scan -> done if it take more than 3 sec or clicks the app feels sloppy but say he get the grocerys,just scan the voucher and is done😍 now u have to get the data from the voucher,if u cant extract it,skip it,prompt 🤷‍♂️ avoid data by user input or u end up wit a useles dataset from time the user want the cake he click "survey", solve it,u evaluate and reward it

So I have been scanning and got some points already. I was so excited to earn and get something from my points but then suddenly today, I can no longer open my app. It says language file is not available. So I updated it just to fix the issue but nothing changed. I am so sad. I wasted my time scanning every item from what I've purchased and even answering some surveys. What a waste of time. I wonder how I can redeem my points back.

There's many problems with this app. The worst one right now is that it takes too long before you can even begin to scan your groceries. The app has my 'favourite stores' saved - why do I need to type in their phone number every single time? Then comes 5 more questions and a request to scan or upload my receipt, which does no good. Allt this can be asked after I've scanned everything, not while the frozens are thawing.
