Our user-friendly interface allows members to access various features, including viewing statements, estimating pensions, applying for benefits, and accessing pension payslips. Prospective members can easily enroll directly through the app. Employers can equally enrolled as such and pay contributions for their employees.Pensioners can renew their life certificate from their comfort and Claimants can also initiate their claims conveniently.

I wish the fingerprint verification could be added to the app during the registration process, rather than requiring us to complete the online registration and then visit the nearest SSNIT office for fingerprint verification. The reason for registering online is to save time and make the process more convenient. Having to visit an office afterward defeats that purpose. Kindly consider adding the fingerprint verification to the app so that the entire registration process can be completed online.

Good but I think the interface should be made available to add an account for monitoring purpose, example like our aged parents and grandparents who cannot use the system and moreover this is a new system which will make life easy but I need a gradual process for all of us to ok with this system T hank you.

I’m happy with the SSNIT app. It opens our eyes to information we may never have known until we need our benefits. I like the pension calculator too. I suggest adding a Survivors’ Benefit Calculator, where we can enter a few details and automatically see the estimated benefit based on the law. Great app! 👍
