YÖR RING is an app that managing sleep data from smart ring device and providing sleep health services, to help users record and analyze their sleep and activity status, easily understand their body status, provide professional and reliable guidance for improving sleep, and create a attentive personal sleep health butler.

The main functions of YÖR RING.
(1) Sleep data display: Records the body sleep data such as sleep, heart rate and body temperature monitored by the smart ring, and provides professional sleep health statistics and analysis.
(2) Activity data analysis: Support data visualization display after recording exercise, and you can view various detailed exercise index analysis to help manage the amount of activity and exercise plan.
(3) Recovery state analysis: Support activity and sleep balance state analysis to help users maintain energy to cope with work or training.
(4) Smart Ring Management: Provides the management and settings for smart ring connected to YÖR RING, including but not limited to device firmware upgrade, low power alerts, and finding devices, etc.

Ratings and reviews

The app itself is very nicely layed out. No errors with syncing or connecting the ring. Information is clear and to the point. The ring itself needs some updates in terms of sleep tracking and steps counting. Sleep tracking is pretty off some nights.

First page of app is good. Sleep and activity pages do not display current date but display first day used. You can scroll all the days to get to current date but, I currently have 8 months of data. It looks like there is an option to select a day but it does not work. I hope the developers are reading this and learn how to test apps. As far as i can tell, no updates have been made since i loaded the app in Nov 2024.

app is unstable and keeps crashing. my phone suggested I put it in a deep sleep. when it works, it pairs easily with the ring. Do not set up an account online, it is impossible to log into your account from the app. It keeps failing.
