DNS Hero let you inspect DNS zones easily. This app will give you information about the root nameserver, nameservers associated with the domain and various other DNS records (A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, TXT, SOA). You can also view the domain health as a diagnostic is run.

Unlike what is obvious and expected for a mobile app, this just connects to a server and asks the remote server to do the lookup. The results are the same as using a website, and cannot account for local DNS records. As far as I can tell there's no use case for this app.
